"On my end of the post I did not see the details of bringing your own linens. The owner did message two days prior about needing linens and I over looked it. Although they did not specify in their message what size but I could have looked back at the post. Kind of a hassle in my mind and two days prior didn’t give a lot of time to prep if I woulda caught it. People Typ have pretty busy lives and are packing and getting things squared away before they leave. Also bring boots along. Their driveway gets flooded with rain. Otherwise had a good stay. It’s not a fisherman friendly house. I would not plan to stay if that’s your intent."

"We found this property to be spacious, perfectly situated, and full of more amenities than most we've seen. The kitchen is large, open, and well-stocked. While there's only one bath, it has two entrance doors and a very large shower, so we didn't feel cramped. Due to weather, we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor features as much as we would have liked, but our group of 4 adults and 2 kids (plus dog) were comfortable and relaxed while here."

"The HOST (aka managing rental company needs to improve upon their communication. Per Vrbo confirmation, the access code was to be sent at Noon on day of arrival. Then HOST said it would be sent before check-in time was was 4pm. We did not get the code until 5:45PM and this was after alot of phone calls and help from island residents. It was off season for the island, last ferry off the Island was 6:30pm. We were cutting it very close if we were going to have to leave because we could not access the condo we rented. The condo itself was nice. They could use spare blankets for the beds for the colder months. The hassle and 90 minutes of high blood pressure to get access into the condo from the host would prevent me from renting one of these condos again if it's the same host."

"Very nice and clean room. They had golf carts to rent at the property which was awesome and affordable! We didn’t use the pool but did use the hot tub which was also nice! We went on some hikes and had some good food at one of the local bars. We would stay again for sure. "
