  • The new Tiny Home "Auszeit" is set on a 1,600 sqm property with mature trees. You enjoy stunning views of the Vorarlberg mountains and open vistas of meadows and moorland. Nearby, you can reach the Alpenfreibad, the Skywalk treetop trail, and the reptile zoo within a few minutes by car. Lake Constance, with Bregenz and its festival, as well as the beautiful town of Lindau, are just 20 km away. The surrounding area and the nearby Bregenzerwald offer plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, golfing, and winter sports. Water sports enthusiasts will find Lake Constance close by. Relax at around 800 meters altitude with excellent air quality.



    The Tiny Home offers about 50 sqm of space for up to 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the living room, TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure comfort. On your private terrace, you can enjoy the mountain view and use the barbecue. The interior is step-free, with one step at the entrance. A workspace is available. Washing machine and dryer are provided. On-site you will find parking, bike storage, ski storage, and an EV charging station. Neues Tiny-Haus in super Lage und Ausblick auf die Berge

Pros: Wir waren zum ersten Mal in einem Tiny-Haus und sehr überrascht über die Größe und die tolle Ausstattung des Hauses. Das Haus war sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet, sogar wenn man was vergessen hatte, war für alles vorgesorgt. Direkt aus dem Wohnraum hatte man durch die bodentiefen Fenster einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Gegend war auch sehr schön und wir konnten viel schönes unternehmen. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns nett begrüßt und waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter, es hat für uns eine 1 mit * verdient. Bei Gelegenheit würden wir gerne noch einmal dort hinfahren. Cons: Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Lage: Sehr ruhige Lage am Ortsrand mit Blick über Wiesen und Wälder ins Tal. In ca. 100-200 mtr. Entfernung grasen Alpakas, Esel, Haflinger, Kälber und Kühe. Jeden Morgen eine Augenweide. Die Radwege in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung sind sehr gut ausgebaut. Gastgeber: Das Gastgeber-Ehepaar Peter und Manuela sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sie wohnen gegenüber und sind jederzeit ansprechbar. Haus: Das Tiny-Haus war bei unserem Besuch in allen Belangen neuwertig. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und mit viel Geschmack ausgesucht. Es sind genügend Schränke und Ablagemöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Küche ist hochwertig ausgestattet mit allem was man überhaupt nur brauchen könnte. Das Badezimmer ist tip top, es gibt eine große Dusche mit Glaskabine, ausreichend frische Hand- und Badetücher sind vorhanden. An den meisten Fenster und Türen sind Insektenschutzgitter angebracht. Für die Terrasse sind bequeme Gartenmöbel, wie Stühle/Liegen/Sonnenschirm nutzbar. Man kann auch einen Abstellraum neben dem Haus, z. B. für Fahrräder nutzen, dort sind auch Steckdosen zum Laden von E-Bikes vorhanden. Es gibt sogar ein Wallbox zum Laden von E-Autos die man benutzten kann. Fazit: Wir waren 4 Tage bei einem tollen Gastgeber-Ehepaar in einem beispielhaften Haus zu Gast und haben diese Zeit sehr genossen, wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen.
