"Clean place with lots of space near Alexanderplatz, restaurants and shopping. Laundry in the basement FREE, but bring detergent. It is a bit loud with the windows open but quiet with the windows closed. Can sometime smell marijuana with the windows open. Convenient to shopping stores and a grocery store and liquor stores. Also cafes and restaurants."

"The apartment had everything you would need - simple kitchen, great shower, air conditioning (it was a heat wave), lift, big tv (we watched some World Cup in German). Laundry downstairs and there were drying racks, irons and ironing boards (we had been away quite a while by then so good to be able to wash and iron some clothes). It was close to transport (tram, train, buses), great coffee places and restaurants of all varieties. I’d definitely go to a Numa again if this is typical."
