"First impressions were slightly underwhelming, but ignore those, the hotel is excellent and the staff are great. The food was wonderful and the pool was lovely. To swim and watch kites and eagles overhead is a rare pleasure and now a glorious memory. Criticisms - the room tended to get quite hot and there is public transport but itā€™s a bit of a walk away, but those a minor criticisms. On the main question - would I go back? Yes. Gladly. Gratefully."

"We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist who spoke excellent English. She outlined the dinner and breakfast times. The girl in the bar was also very helpful when I asked her about the nearest pharmacy. She looked it up on her phone and showed me on the map. The room was large, clean and comfortable and had a large balcony overlooking the lovely gardens. Our evening meal was tasty and well cooked and there was a nice terrace to sit with drinks before going to bed. The breakfast had a large selection to choose from."
