  • Discover the pinnacle of luxury and comfort in this premium chalet, offering 120 m² of elegantly furnished living space for up to 10 people. The chalet features five beautifully appointed
    bedrooms: four with double beds and one with a bunk bed, making it
    perfect for families or groups. Three of the bedrooms have
    en-suite bathrooms with showers, and an additional bathroom
    features a shower and a relaxing bathtub.

    The open-plan kitchen is a true delight for cooks and is equipped with modern appliances and amenities. It includes a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, as well as cutlery, cookware, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine. To ensure your stay gets off to a smooth start, you will receive a small ALPS RESORTS starter kit upon arrival, containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, a sponge, bin bags, a cleaning cloth, and a tea towel.

    This modern chalet offers breathtaking panoramic views of the majestic Dachstein mountain and the picturesque Enns Valley, further enhancing your alpine experience. Located right on the ski slope, this chalet offers convenient ski-in/ski-out access in the winter months and direct access to hiking trails in the summer. Firstly the house itself is great, spacious, comfy, has great views and is mostly well equipped. A couple of things could have been better: 1) the house has no laundry facility so to wash any clothes will mean a 40 minute round trip to the town launderette. 2) some minor things need fixing - the control knob on the main shower is missing (but operational) and the whirlpool bath did not 'whirlpool'. 3) the en-suite shower rooms in 3 bedrooms are either open plan to the bedroom or glass and so neither offer any privacy. There is a central toilet and large main bathroom which fixes this but in reality limits the usefulness of the rest of the bathrooms. The bigger issue was the service experience. We had to travel an extra 30 minute round trip to 'collect the key', which was actually just a keysafe code and could have been sent by email. Next we were allocated parking which was at the bottom of a staircase which had been partially removed and cordoned off. We did get allocated a different space after contacting the management company but they should know the status of their site. The internet broke on day 4 and was never fixed. The 'pool guy' came every 2 days and kept adding more chlorine to the hot tub which got to the point of actually burning my skin, so we resorted to removing the chlorine tablets after he went just to make sure the tub was safe. Finally, as we had booked a near 2 week stay I would have expected some mid-stay cleaning / fresh towels etc but no.

Sfeervol ingericht vakantiehuis vlakbij de piste

Mooi chalet en zeer sfeervol ingericht.We hebben hier met veel plezier mogen overnachten; piste op loopafstand & jacuzzi op balkon.Wel jammer dat er geen sleutel aanwezig was voor opberghok bij de voordeur om daar je ski's & snowboards te kunnen zetten; nu toch maar mee naar binnen genomen aangezien het wel roofgoed is. Een steelpannetje zou in de keuken ook wel wenselijk geweest zijn. Verder staan er drie (!) koffiezet-automaten dus je kunt met bonen, Nespresso-cupjes of filtermaling uit de voeten.

The stay was a story of 2 halves. Firstly the house itself is great, spacious, comfy, has great views and is mostly well equipped. A couple of things could have been better: 1) the house has no laundry facility and neither does the site, so to wash any clothes will mean a 40 minute round trip to the town launderette. To be fair the listing did not say it has a laundry, but seems a massive oversight. 2) some minor fittings need fixing - the control knob on the main shower is missing (but operational), the whirlpool bath did not 'whirlpool' and the kitchen sink plug mechanism was broken but could be worked around by removing it, 3) the en-suite shower rooms in 3 bedrooms are either open plan to the bedroom or glass and so neither offer any privacy. There is a central toilet and large main bathroom which fixes this but in reality limits the usefulness of the rest of the bathrooms. The bigger issue for us was the service experience. We initially had to travel an extra 30 minute round trip to 'collect the key', which was actually just a keysafe code and could have been communicated by email. Next we were allocated parking which was at the bottom of a staircase which had been partially removed and cordoned off. We did get allocated a different space after contacting the management company but they should know the status of their site. Finally, as we had booked a near 2 week stay I would have expected some mid-stay cleaning / fresh towels etc but no. So not sure if these issues are more the management company (Alps-Resorts) or the home owner, but it took the shine off an otherwise potentially excellent house.
