"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was basic but good. The restaurant staff was fantastic! very attentive and friendly. The food was great too. The 2 reception ladies were lovely, very welcoming, and friendly. The only reason for 4 stars is the property doesn't have AC in the rooms, and it can get very hot. Unfortunately garden view rooms were not available, and I had to book 'city view' (basically street view); it was very loud in the early hours, I couldn't keep windows open, and this is when AC would be useful. With closed windows, you can have a good sleep, and you don't hear the noise from the street, but it gets very hot when the outside temperature is high. All in all, it's a lovely place to stay."
