"We travel a lot and this is the first time we felt sorry for the hotel (not the staff).. Hotel is very nicely designed, many great ideas to make your stay interesting and comfortable and the building is in a good condition, but the entrance, kitchen, elevator and all around the reception was very dirty. Like nobody cleaned it for days. Breakfast was poor, nobody there to help, tables not cleaned.. You mention it.. Hotel staff, including the receptionist just walk around you, not seeing that dirt and the mess. We just could not believe.. Luckily, the room was decent and clean. Also, there is not a one single square foot of grass around to walk your dog. The parking needs a good cleaning and removal the pieces of garbage people left behind. If the management and the stuff took proper care of the hotel it would easily deserve at least 4 stars. "

"Our stay was great. It is close to Elk Mountain for our ski weekend. They had an easy online welcome format with recommendations for local restaurants. Clean and well stocked with essentials. The grill came in handy for burgers and dogs. Overall I would recommend"

They are also really knowledgeable about the area and attractions that gave us lots of recommendations. We definitively find the peace we were looking for "

"OK, but far from great. The room was fin, but the elevator floor was really dirty, the corridor had a funny smell and the hot water in the shower was very inconsistent - circling through hot and long cold cycles. Breakfast was OK at best (no hot food)."
