Tolle Lage mit Sicht auf die Schlösser. Zimmer ok. Auf dem Zimmer keine Klimaanlage. Gut bestückte Minibar (kostenpflichtig). Hotel Bar sehr gut. Super Cocktails, hochpreisig. Personal freundlich. Frühstück gut. Alles schön renoviert. Restaurant und Bar klimatisiert. Wellnessbereich blieb allerdings hinter den Erwartungen zurück. Zwei indoor Whirlpools entpuppten sich als zwei Whirlwannen für jeweils eine Person. Outdoor Whirlpool sich nur für zwei Personen und abends zu kalt. Pool klein und kalt. Für einen Wellness Urlaub nur bedingt geeignet. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis unter diesem Gesichtspunkt weniger gut. Als Hotel für Sightseeing und Ausflüge sicherlich besser geeignet.

Excelente hotel.

Tudo ótimo, com exceção de que quando chegamos nos colocaram em um quarto diferente do que havia reservado e insistiram que era da mesma categoria, que só tinham 3 daqueles quartos e estavam todos ocupados, porém, em nenhum momento aparece esse quarto nas Fotos de escolha da categoria. Depois de insistirmos, nos colocaram no quarto que havíamos reservado. Serviço impecável.

Auszeit

Zimmer werden alle 2 Tage gereinigt und für die Einsparungen als ökologischer Ausgleich Bäume gepflanzt. Gute Idee wen no man die Story weiter verfolgen könnte. Wo und wieviel wurde gepflanzt usw. Da wir das Zimmer erst nach 3 Tagen gereinigt haben wollten, klappte der Service dann nicht mehr richtig im Rhytmus und Vollständigkeit. Sehr freundliches Personal und kompetente Hotelbar mit Riesensuswahl. Tolle Weinkarte. Mit Abstand das Hotel mit den meisten Leihfahrrädern (und das ist kein Sporthotel). Absolut ruhig sind die Zimmer auf der Westseite bis auf den morgendlichen Anlieferverkehr was verschmerzest ist. Zimmer Ostseite mit umwerfenden Panoramablick auf die Schlösser, Weide,Kühe. Schön wäre beim Checkin ein gemeinsamer Rundgang durch Wellness, Restaurant und Terrasse gewesen.

This is a beautiful spa resort. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Lovely restaurant and bar, lovely pool and spa area, free use of bicycles, and great location near Fussen, Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves and we would definitely return.

Staff perfeito. Os atendimentos no restaurante durante jantar e durante o café da manha foram excelentes. O hospede se sente absolutamente bem acolhido por toda equipe do hotel desde o check inn até o check out.

Troppo caro per i servizi offerti e per la qualità della struttura in generale. Ristorante costoso e cibo di media qualità. La SPA appena suifficiente. La cosa più grave è che se chiamavi in hotel per prenotare direttamente di facevano pagare oltre 100 euro in meno!!! Dei truffatori....

The man at the service desk was simply mean and unapologetic about our shower breaking and messing up our entire day as it took hours to fix and our baby could not nap. We weren’t offered a room or any extra care to help make it better. Left a very bad taste to a very special and long awaited trip. There were flies all around in the spa and the room was very disappointing considering the price. I thought this hotel was going to be our greatest stay on the trip and it turned out to be the worst.

Não vale o que custa !!

Muito bem localizado , mas não vale o que cobram .. sem ar condicionado , restaurante gourmet só funciona sexta e sábado. Conseguir uma mesa com vista seja para o café da manhã ou jantar, é praticamente impossível! Funcionários muito atenciosos !!!
