Medium experience

It was disappointing that the staff did not speak English at all. This made the extra taxes they apparently needed us to pay very confusing. The bed and pillows were also of low qualify. We would only recommend it for a single night.

1 night stay, good breakfast, uncomfortable beds.

The check in went smoothly, but it was a bit unclear what the parking solutions were when we arrived, we found a parking garage around the corner from the hotel that cost 10 Eur per day, we felt the price was ok and it felt secure. The hotel felt old and a bit worn down but it was clean. The room was small, but clean and sufficient for a 1 night stay. Unfortunately the beds were way too uncomfortable and hard and we both woke I feeling sore and not rested. The bed linen and pillows were nice though. The breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of German specialities and also mini pancakes, scrambled eggs and such. We were very happy with the selection. Because of the beds we will unlikely revisit but it’s an ok hotel for a short stay.

The pillows were thin and the bed hard. Difficult to get parking in the parking house next doors. Mostly retired people staying at the hotel. Didn’t see any children at the hotel. The breakfast is average. The hotel could need an update.

Super Hotel, wenn man mit der Bahn fährt. Fussläufig zur Innenstadt. Nette Leute, Zimmer prima und völlig ausreichend. Ich war sehr zufriefen.

Für Kurztrips nach Schwerin sehr empfehlenswert. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof ist direkt vor der Tür. Trotz offenem Fenster haben wir ihn aber nicht bemerkt/gehört. Das Frühstück ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Es war abwechslungsreich und wirklich toll.

Die Tiefgarage vom Hotel ist klein. Es gibt leider nur wenige Stellplätze. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Lübecks Hauptbahnhof. Die historische Altstadt ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Hotel extremamente bem localizado: do lado da estação ferroviária e em frente à estação rodoviária. É possível ir a pé ao centro e a todas atrações turísticas, restaurantes, lojas, shopping, até o Castelo de Schewrin. Quarto limpo, silencioso, com cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Tomadas bem localizadas para carregar os celulares. Bom wi-fi. Banheiro com boa ducha e boas toalhas. Hotel um pouco antigo. Fomos orientados a estacionar em um local próximo à estação com valor de 7 euros por dia. Há também estacionamento pago nas ruas próximas. Atendimento na recepção atencioso, agradável, com bom inglês.

Insgesamt gut im Verhältnis zum Preis. Im gebuchten Doppelbettzimmer befand sich nur 1 Stuhl am Schreibtisch; erst auf Reklamation wurde dann ein weiterer Stuhl ins Zimmer gebracht.
