Immersed in an oasis of peace, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, positioned on a small hill from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city, you will find 'La Rosa Rossa', a newly built villa located a few minutes from the port, from the thermal baths, the historic center and the splendid beaches of the Saccense coast and well connected to the main archaeological sites and the wonderful natural beauties of western Sicily (from the Valley of the Temples to Selinunte, Erice, Palermo etc.).
On the attic floor of the villa two comfortable independent apartments have been created, ideal for spending unforgettable relaxing holidays.
Apartment "Gambo Verde"
The "Gambo Verde" apartment, tastefully built on the mansard floor of the Villa and with quality materials (wooden roofs, thermal break windows, thermo-acoustic glass, retractable mosquito nets) consists of a double or twin bedroom ( depending on the needs) with hot / cold air conditioning, comfortable single kitchen-living room (with extra bed available), large balcony from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city, wooden mezzanine used as a closet, bathroom with shower, washing machine , LCD TV with digital terrestrial and internet connection (free).
Upon request cot and seat for children up to 3 years.

Da consigliare!
Consigliamo assolutamente questo posto! Appartamento estremamente confortevole, dotato di tutto, pulito, ordinato, ottima vista e posizione comodissima! Proprietari gentilissimi, molto disponibili per ogni richiesta e anche simpaticissimi! Indimenticabile l'aperitivo di benvenuto...mai visto tanta ospitalità e gentilezza!!!!

Capita che le descrizioni degli appartamenti non siano sempre fedeli alla realtà...ma in quest'occasione il contesto e l"appartamento hanno superato ogn nostra aspettativa. L"appartamento corredato da ogni confort e l'accoglienza dei proprietari inneccepibile per cortesia e disponibilità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno rilassante e puacevole

L'appartamento è esattame...
L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio: nuovo, pulito ed attrezzatissimo. Curato nei minimi particolari. La posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla e con una veduta mozzafiato. A cinque minuti dalla città di Sciacca e a dieci minuti dalle spiagge. Ottima l'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Marcella e Nino, due persone veramente squisite. Ci hanno dispensato di ottimi consigli sulle attrazioni da vedere, sulle spiagge da frequentare e sui locali dove cenare. Graditissimo l'aperitivo di accoglienza, ma soprattutto indimenticabile la colazione sulla splendida terrazza. È stata una bellissima esperienza che conserveremo per sempre nei nostri ricordi.

Queremos agradecerles a los propietarios por el servicio brindado y por la calidez con que nos atendieron, nos sentimos muy cómodos, estuvieron muy atentos a nuestras necesidades. Realmente fue una experiencia hermosa, el paisaje es espectacular; la casa es cómoda, limpia y está muy bien equipada. La ubicación es excelente, es un lugar tranquilo para descansar. Definitivamente, lo recomendamos :).
Vogliamo ringraziare i proprietari per il servizio prestato, il modo in cui siamo stati trattati, ci siamo sentiti molto confortevole, sono stati molti attenti ai nostre bisogni. E 'stata davvero una bella esperienza, il paesaggio è spettacolare, la casa è confortevole, pulita e molto ben attrezzata. La posizione è eccellente, è un posto tranquillo per riposare. Certamente, lo consigliamo :).
