Lovely 65 sqm indipendent apartment, fully renovated and furnished, located only 50 meters from the Miceni beach, sights where the 'Montalbano' popular TV series were filmed! A convenient alternative to the small hotel room, a real unique chance to combine money saving with an uncomparable location!

Very bright apartment thanks to the double exposure, organized on two levels: 3 bedrooms (1 double room + 2 single rooms), 2 little bathrooms, 1 living room / kitchen, 1 laundry, 1 dressing room, 1 balcony/terrace. Each room is air-conditioned (hot/cold) with heat inverter pump.

The apartment is ideal for a family holiday due to the separation between the main bedroom and the 1st bathroom on the ground floor and two single rooms with the 2nd bathroom on the mezzanine floor. Supermarket, butcher, newsstand, bar, restaurants and all main services are just a few steps away!

Sono stato due settimane in questa casa. Tutto era perfetto- la zona nel Donnalucata, la locazione vicino il mare e il lungomare, l'ospitalità del proprietario. Un posto tanto piacevole per un soggiorno in Donnalucata. Consigliò vivamente. .

L'appartamento è molto carino, spazi ben divisi, cucina molto ben attrezzata. La spiaggia è a neanche 100 mt . Ottimo per farsi un bagno a fine giornata. Donnalucata è un posto strategico, vicino a tutti i luoghi della Sicilia barocca. Francesco e Giusy sono degli host perfetti, gentili, disponibili e danno anche ottimi consigli su cosa vedere e dove andare a mangiare.. Consiglio l'appartamento al 100%

piccola ma funzionale, molto carina

Ho soggiornato con la famiglia in questa piccola casa al piano terra, a pochissimi metri da una chilometrica spiaggia molto bella. La vacanza è stata un piacere, l'appartamento è piccolo ma funzionale e perfetto per chi non ha pretese di stravaccarsi sul divano la sera perchè non c'è. Ma per chi gira alla scoperta della Sicilia va benissimo! Unica pecca: la pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare e abbiamo dovuto dare una ripassata un po' a tutto.
