"Access to the Oregon Garden. We were not happy that the gate between the resort and the garden was malfunctioning. The room was comfortable except that the air conditioner was too loud, so we did not get a good night sleep. At lunch, the staff was in a meeting and they were late and did not open the door until we notified the front desk."

"Check in went ok. Lady who checked me in seemed irritated. We went to our room and is a good size room. But, the floor was very sticky. We put some water on the floor and used a towel to clean some of it. The towel was filthy, like the floor hadn't mopped at all. We went to the store and bought a swiffer and mopped the ENTIRE floor. It was disgustingly dirty. I have pictures that show this. Amenities are ok in the room, except the coffee maker didn't work. We also didn't have enough towels. We...
