"The location was stunning! The hotel lobby, pool, restaurant, loungers- were breathtaking. Our room was big enough for 10 people… we felt like superstars. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the towels for the beach were so amazing, we bought two on our way out."

On a cliff with a private beach that you could walk to on the left. The pool was always perfect. About 20 minutes to most of the great beaches in Anguilla. Everything was up-to-date and easy to use. Jeet helped us with everything that we needed. We will definitely be back."

"Rick’s property was breathtaking. Beautiful view, private & spacious w/ a centralized location for easy travel anywhere on the island. House was equipped w/ everything you can ask for & more. Rick was also truly helpful w/ providing a full list of recommendations, excursions & referrals throughout the island. "Our host Trevor is a wonderful host and person! We enjoyed the property very much. The gardens are beautiful, especially for Anguilla where it can be hard to grow things. The pool was really nice, when we return plan to spend more time hanging out there.The gym is state of the art and we plan to use it more when we return. The unit itself is beautiful too, with high end finishes and amazing design features. Very comfy king bed. Plenty of towels and fresh linens. Nice amenities and even a stocked beverage fridge. A laundry room too. Everything in pristine condition. "

"Communication with the staff was great, friendly, helpful. The property is on the smaller side, which I loved. When I was there, I think I only saw a total of 6 other guests. I had the pool to myself each night, which was truly lovely...but I am sure it is more crowded during other parts of the season. The room was clean and fresh, with AC that functioned marvelously. The studio I was in was on the third floor with a great balcony, high ceilings, lounge space, mini fridge/toaster/micro and coffee pot, etc. Bed and pillows were super comfy and clean, plenty of towels, too. Bonus was being able to do a load of laundry right outside my room door. Perhaps the best thing was walking past out the back gate to the path/trail that leads you to a gorgeous beach and access to the fancy resort next door. Fountain has no restaurant or food items for sale, so if you don't have a car bring some things with you (snacks, drinks). The place next door is pricey but has restaurants & a boutique. A couple minutes walk down the beach are few places to dine/drink and lounge. Improvements that would make a difference for guests: If the Fountain office sells just a few convenience items (chips, cookies, candy, pelligrino or sodas. One shelf with a couple baskets of these things). I didn't feel safe on the path after dark. The toaster and coffee maker are all on a tall shelf making it hard to use, having those on a lower shelf is needed. All in all, I will definitely come back."

"This place is very nice — a 5/5! It’s right in the centre of the island — 5 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes away from most restaurants, and not far from most beaches. It was clean and had plenty of space — two full, separate living areas!"
