Pet Friendly, Hillside home with sweeping ocean views
Redwood Breakers Unit 27, Lot on a private end of cul-de-sac lot, framed by the beautiful hillside meadow and coastal forest. Redwood Breakers offers sweeping, private ocean views.
The home includes two separate bedroom suites, each with their own private bathroom. Both bedroom suites offer king sized beds and large window seats. Bed linens and towels are included with this home. The primary bedroom features unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, while the guest bedroom overlooks the adjacent redwoods. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with large showers, floor heating and towel warmers for your comfort. The spacious living area has commanding views of the ocean, is well-lighted and tastefully appointed.
The home includes a remote-start gas fireplace, a 55" flat screen TV, a Blu-Ray/DVD Player and a 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround Sound system with built-in speakers. The gourmet kitchen has state-of-the-art GE appliances, a large central island, and enjoys beautiful ocean views.
A private study is conveniently located off the main living area which features a large built-in desk and dual frosted glass French doors.
The mud room has its own outdoor entry and features a full-size washer and dryer and a wine cooler.
Exclusive outdoor living areas include a panoramic ocean view deck with a dining area, and an enclosed, beautifully manicured private Japanese front-entry garden with a patio area, hot tub, fountain and outdoor shower.
Home amenities include free high-speed Internet, free domestic long distance phone service and Apple TV for streaming services. Families with children and pets are welcome. The house is steps nearby hiking trails. Beaches are on the west side of the Highway, a short drive down the hill. Only ONE dog allowed please. The garage is not available for renter use.

Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), parked in driveway. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 4 for this home.
