This home is NOT pet friendly. A $750 fine will be issues for any pets arriving at this home. This home is limited to 2 occupants. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom vacation home is situated on the bluffs of The Sea Ranch.
The Space:
Sea Pine is the perfect size to accommodate up to 2 guests making for a great family vacation. The home features sweeping ocean views from the expansive living space. You will love strolling amongst the bluffs, hiking on trails, and taking day trips down to the nearby beach.
The living space has floor to ceiling windows offering stunning natural lighting and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. The living room is furnished with leather couches arranged around a woodstove. Light a fire at night when the breeze begins to pick up to create a cozy ambiance. There is a 32" flat screen TV (no cable), a DVD player, and Youtube TV for family entertainment. High speed fiber optic WiFi is also offered. Around the corner is a full bathroom for guests to share and access the washer and dryer, handy for any swimsuits.
Prepare your favorite meals from tasty snacks to mouthwatering dishes in the kitchen. Gather with your guests at the dining table with seating for 2 to have a home-cooked meal together.
Step outside onto the back deck for some fresh air. Patio chairs are situated for you to unwind with a glass of wine while you watch memorizing sunsets dip behind the ocean. The side deck holds a private hot tub. Take a dip in the warm water out here while you stargaze at night and listen to the waves crash close by.
The bedroom is on the main level of the home and has a King bed.
The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, and three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. RV's, trailers, or mobile homes are strictly not allowed.
Please note: Linens and 100% cotton towels are provided in the home.
The Sea Ranch facility reservations for pool and tennis are available on the Sea Ranch Association website. The trails and beaches are open.

Pets strictly not allowed due to allergies and health concerns. Please contact us if you need assistance finding a pet friendly home. Any violation of the NO pet policy will result in a minimum $750 fine. THIS IS A NO PETS HOUSE!
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
There is currently a camera located outside in the back that has a view of the commons and the ocean view.
