Friendly staff and responsive. Rooms are large, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom fan could be better. Also would be nice to have lights and fan separate. Fan sounds like an airplane flying over, making it impossible to use the bathroom lights if others are sleeping.

Nice comfortable spacious rooms, conveniently close to highways, but also a short drive to Seabrook beach. Lots of stores and places to eat a short walk, or shorter drive, away (mostly chain restaurants / fast food). Overall a good stop while traveling.

Drove in from Western Massachusetts. This hotel was very convenient for us from here. We were able to get to Hamden Beach, which was only a short 12 minute ride away. We also were able to travel to many coastal northern cities from this location. My family highly recommends this hotel.

Hot and cold breakfast was very good, many selections. Quiet area. Close to shopping and restaurants. Less than 15 minute drive to hampton beach. Room with king size bed was spacious. Friendly atmosphere at hotel. Fitness room just needed to have wipes to clean the equipment after using.

Pool was heated but to a cool comfortable temperature. We did not use the exercise equipment, but it appeared to be clean and operable. The room was clean with easy access. The check in staff was friendly and professional. John was especially helpful in suggesting 2 restaurants for dinner possibilities. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and both chicken sausage and pork sausages and slices of Kielbasa. All were just barely warm when we ate about 8:30. The make your own waffles was a big hit, especially with the variety of toppings offered. Both regular and decaf coffee was good, Parking was sufficient.

It was a really nice room. The bed was NOT comfortable for such a nice room. It was very clean. The grounds were clean. The pool was freezing for an indoor heated pool. When we mentioned it he said he could turn up the temp but would take hours. Overall good room.

My room smelled a little musty and could have used a little TLC such as black spots around the base of the shower pan which looked like mold and frayed carpet. Other than that the staff were very attentive and polite, the morning free breakfast was better than I expected. Overall a good experience. The price was also reasonable for the time of year.

Room was large with King size bed! However, I felt the carpet needed a good shampooing. The bed wasn’t comfortable, and the ac was either too cold, and if you shut that off, or turned it down, you were sweating buckets. Our room definitely needed to be updated! It felt like a 2000 throw back!
