"The room was not cleaned after the first night, and we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The food was okay, but the juice machine wasn’t working, and there was always something missing at breakfast, not enough sausage, not enough waffle batter, and the cereal machine wasn’t working either. "No elevators so if you have luggage you need to lug it all upstairs. Iy took them 2+ hours to get our wifi working.Their free "breakfast" consisted of Quaker oat packs, yogurt, tea, coffee, kids fruit cups, and granola."
