My husband and I loved our stay at Ashore. The entire property is very clean and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly. I would give five stars, except for the fact that there is no elevator and all king beds are on the second floor. I tried to move to a double queen room so I didn't have to maneuver stairs with my arthritic knees, but was told they couldn't change my reservation because it was made through a third party (Expedia). That was disappointing, but other than that I highly recommend Ashore. Fantastic location!!

Pros: location and proximity (short walk) to the beach and entertainment, clean room, unique design, breakfast delivered, free parking. Cons: amenities aren’t always working (cold pool, non-working sauna), breakfast is too limited and plain, concrete flooring.

I have stayed here multiple times. Close to the beach and downtown area. Super friendly staff and very cool rooms. They bring you a continental breakfast to your room and have great taps!

Rooms clean but a little sparse. AC was nice. Staff super friendly. Supposed to have muffins for breakfast but we left before 8am so never saw them. Expensive compared to other options. I stayed in Seaside two nights, my second night at a different hotel that I was much happier with the location, room and price.

Lovely yet quick stay. Staff was so kind and helpful including giving us our breakfast spread the night before we left because we had to go extremely early the next morning. Room was great. Beers were great. Would definitely return!

I stay here every other week for work. This place is a hidden gem! The beds are so comfy, pool, sauna and showers are wonderful, lovely FREE breakfast, and the beach is a block away. Highly recommend!!!

First of all, thanks for having drinks on draft. Cider and beer was nice to buy right after checking in. Customer service was on point. Room was nice and uniquely styled. THE BED AND PILLOWS WERE AWESOME - SO COMFY! We were just passing through so we were only there for one night. Free breakfast basket brought to our door the next morning felt thoughtfully put together - warm croissants, greek yogurt, fruit, small cup of granola... was perfect and very much appreciated!

Everything about this hotel was epic! The room and main area was clean and spacious. The breakfast was dropped off every morning was yummy and filling. Close to walk to the beach and down the little Main Street of Seaside! Loved it!

Sauna was so nice to have access to every day. Breakfast is nothing fancy (croissant, yogurt and granola, fruit), but they will deliver it to your room which is nice! Room is more of reworked motel room, but it’s cute, spacious, and close to the main road in Seaside. Walls are thin, so it can get a tad noisy but they provide ear plugs in the rooms. Parking is free. And lobby has a small bar where you can grab some drinks on tap and salads/charcuterie. I’d stay again!

Absolutely incredible stay!! Such a wonderful local option to further experience Seaside. Honestly, I chose the location due to the sauna / pool option and knew the room would either be a hit or a complete bust. Well it was a hit! Comfortable bed in a cool room! Would definitely stay here again!
