Great location and a sliver of a view of the ocean. However, there were a few things that were broken (entry hallway light, fixtures in the bathroom), and the couch and counter stools were very uncomfortable.

Excellent location (almost right on the promenade), nice kitchen, comfy beds and good showers. We loved it and would stay there again. The only little complaint is that the day we stayed there it hadn't been cleaned as thoroughly as it could have been.

This was a perfect last minute find when plans changed. Easy check in and out - full kitchen, bathrooms, and lots of space in the house to spread out!

The place we had was great. Entrance was a bit weird - felt a bit outdated, but once we entered the condo, it was lovely. Can see the beach on a clear day. I think the sitting arrangement (only one couch) was a bit of a bummer. Not a lot of room for 4 adults in the living space (we had a bar for eating, not a table) - sat on bar stools and desk chair most of the time. Rooms were great. Roof top deck was great. Outdoor furniture should probably be wiped off. Overall, we loved being there and it worked for what we needed. Our parents stayed with us and thoroughly enjoyed the place.

Great place to stay with family.

The apartment was perfect. Great location a block from the beach. Well maintained and very clean inside. Very spacious, comfortable beds, and a view to the ocean from the deck. The neighborhood is quiet and you are close to the amenities of Seaside. We have two boys ages 12 and 10 and the two bedrooms gave a lot of space.

My family had a great time staying here! We wish we had an extra day. 5 minute walk to the seaside strip. Beach right outside your door. We were shocked by how much space the rental had. My only suggestion would be to fix the front door lock. Itā€™s very difficult to lock the top lock. Thanks for a great stay!

Very roomy comfortable space. There was some wear and tear, a drawer front broken in the primary room, the recliner in the living room was broken. The place was very clean, just needs a little more attention to detail.

Staff were really nice and accommodating. We came at 2pm and allowed us to check-in early. Very clean and well-stocked with supplies. Kids wanted to use the hot tub outside but had a hard time figuring out on how to open it. Shoutout out to Cherry (?) who went above and beyond by coming over even if it was already 8pm to help us set it up. My kids had a great time because of your extra effort. Would love to stay here again.

The location of the property is great. It's in a quiet neighborhood just steps from the beach and walkway to downtown Seaside shops and restaurants. The lady that checked us in/out was very friendly. We arrived a little early and the house was not ready, but said she would call as soon as housekeeping was done. She called within 30 minutes letting us know we could check in. The house is spacious and has everything one needs. However, the cleanliness was lacking. The kitchen had crumbs in the cabinet and drawers, there was food crusted on the outside of one of the drawers, sand on the side table in the living room, the freezer had crumbs in it, food wrappers left in the guest bedroom nightstand, and the worst was the mold on the wall by the shower in the guest bathroom. It was black and was on the wall and went down through the caulking around the shower down to the floor. Also, if there are guest upstairs you can hear everything.

Unprofessional Employee

The person at the front desk was a curt and very passive aggressive when I told her about the dirty couch and table being dirty. She asked if I called the front desk. I said yes but no one answer. She then asked if I left a message. I said no, as I had called earlier to make sure that rollaway beds where available. The man that answered the phone said that room service had left for the day and he didnā€™t know. Luckily the rollaways were there. I told her that I cleaned and vacuumed the couch. She then proceeded to asked me how I cleaned it, and if I had bought a new vacuum. I said no, I own a housekeeping business and had one in my car. I explained that I wasnā€™t trying to get a discount but that housekeeping should do a better job. As I wasnā€™t going to wait until the following day for housekeeping since we wanted to actually use the couch. I said overall the place was good. Her response was ā€œOh good have a good day!ā€ The location was great and close to the beach. Since I own a cleaning business I know that wouldā€™ve wanted to know if the housekeeping was not good so I could do better.

Beach Stay

I loved the location, really close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The place was clean, no A/C, could use a couple fans for warm nights while sleeping. I needed extra tp and towels, all I had to do was call and they brought them over. I do wish there was a broom and dustpan. Being so close to the beach, we did track in sand. We stayed several days, so it would've been nice to be able to clean up a bit. Other than that, it was great.
