The AI ID verification service did not work and the door code had an issue but the property was able to get me checked in and another entry method was provided extremely quickly. The house was older but very comfortable and spacious. Would definitely look at renting this location again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Very poor management… First the code to the house we were given didn’t work and spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get a code to a lock box for a key to get in. After second night we saw a big rat in the garage notified the management company and they did nothing about it. The rat chewed a hole in my expensive wagon. I sent the company pictures and they still did nothing about it. Not to mention there were many dirty dishes with food still stuck on the bowls and cooking pans. I would not recommend staying here.
