Great seaside beach accommodations

Great location with a fabulous view! Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Very close to the attractions, restaurants and shopping in seaside. Perfect location right on the beach. Very friendly staff.

Toilets were super low. Very hard to use with bad knees. The kitchen spices were limited to salt and pepper. If you wanted to cook something, you'd literally need to bring everything you could possibly need. TV did not have any streaming ability I could think of. Seems like you'd need to bring a DVD if you wanted to watch anything. (Remember DVDS?). THE PLACE WAS WAY OVERPRICED IN MY OPINION.

First of all, this is a nice property, meaning the building and amenties. It’s on the beach/promenade, and the grounds are well maintained. Our issue was not with Sand and Seas, our issue was with our unit. We paid a great deal of money and there was old dirty carpeting, old hard beds giving us back aches and outdated fixtures (from the front door to the lack of outlets, etc). Please don’t misunderstand, the condo has great potential! The view is amazing with beautiful windows and balcony, and it was quiet and pleasant. It just needs the appropriate makeover with flooring, fixtures, paint and bedding to make it the luxury condo it truly has the potential to be.
