In the heart of Seattle and right next to the Space Needle. Perfect location within walking distance to Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum, EMP Museum, Pike Place and many more sites. Great restaurants and bars close by! Full kitchen, bathroom, wifi, queen bed, and sofa, and essential supplies for up to 3 people. It gets warm during the summer, but there is a portable AC in the unit.

Great location and space needle views

This is the greatest location for a place to stay. We enjoyed staying here and really enjoyed going up to the roof to see the space needle at night.

Perfect location for visting Seattle

The was the perfect stop for us. It’s a great location, we walked almost everywhere and the rooftop made for an amazing view of the space needle.

Perfect spot to explore the city

Amazing Spot Right Near Downtown

My partner & I had a wonderful few days in Seattle staying here. Space was immaculate & tidy. Easy to get in & out, steps away from some amazing restaurants & bars. Would absolutely rebook the next time I am in town!

Cute and cozy apartment. The top floor terrace has an incredible view of the space needle and was a cool place to chill. The host was friendly and quick to respond which is always a bonus.

Great location

As the title says it’s a fantastic location, photos are slightly out of date so the furniture is in different spots. The best part was the lock for the main building and your door, very secure. Overall, absolutely fantastic place to stay.

Great spot, works as a home base

Loved staying at this property - everything was pretty much as expected. There were a couple things that would have helped (extra set of sheets for couch, toaster), but not enough to warrant reaching out (I am confident the host would have responded in a timely manner should we have asked). Definitely a great home base for a trip, walking distance to all the usual sights. A great experience, great price, and would definitely stay again. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were a very thoughtful & helpful touch!

Comfy, tidy little place in amazing location for out of town visit

Were in Seattle for the first time to see a friend perform in an event downtown. The friend is local but the location was so good she just joined us for the stay and had both the large couch and a blowup mattress provided by the host to pick from. The queen bed was much comfier than most I've found at VRBOs and my husband and I were able to see the sights so easily- literally like 5min walk to Space Needle, Chuhily, MOPOP, etc. Two coffee shops in the building and great restaurants within a minute walking distance, and while there is no dedicated parking spot the street parking is free Sundays and overnight, was easy to find a spot, and reasonably priced- and theres a decently priced lot right across the intersection too, next to a small grocery shop. The property was as described, clean, and the host was very responsive and helpful the only time we needed to contact him. Building felt very safe and was quiet. Highly recommend this place, and will likely look for it again for future visits to Seattle.

As Described, Great Location

This condo is PERFECTLY located and the neighbors are super nice. It's a bit dated with a portable AC unit, but that is as it was described in the listing. We had some trouble with the Door Code app (not shared and then turning off early) but the communication with the owner was great and we worked through it. My only complaint is that the "pull out" portion of the couch is broken, so you can't really use it as a "double" bed. My 9yo just slept on it as a couch and there was an air mattress we could have used. All in all it was just as expected with a fabulous location and a great host. Thank you!

Great location for New Year's Eve

We picked this location for its potential view of the Space Needle. We didn't want to be in the thick of the crowds for New Year's Eve, but we wanted to still be able to view the fireworks fairly closely. This was the perfect location. We walked to Pike Place and the Space Needle; we enjoy being able to walk everywhere if we can. The host gave us a great tip for parking, and we managed to park free our entire stay since we arrived late Saturday, free parking after 8pm, free Sunday parking, and free holiday parking (Monday)! The apartment was nothing glamorous but it was what we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the couch was comfortable for the kids. There could be a bit of a better seating for eating, and the bar stools aren't our preferred way of relaxing. The locking system was really neat and convenient. The access to the rooftop for the fireworks was perfect!

PERFECT location, nice condo!

Absolutely fantastic location within walking distance to the Space Needle, monorail station, waterfront, and literally hundreds of other places. It was the perfect size for 2 people and really nice to have a full bathroom, kitchen, and living room to make meals and relax a bit during downtime. There is also a little store across the street that's open late if you need any food, drinks, medicine, etc, so that was super handy. Kitchen and bathroom supplies were well-stocked and good quality. The condo itself was very clean. I think my only recommendation to the owner is to install new electrical outlets in the bedroom and kitchen areas. Almost all of the outlets were so old and worn out they wouldn't even hold our phone charger plugs and even the lamps in the condo had the plugs falling out of the outlets. When those get old, they need replaced and it's super cheap. You could probably replace all of the outlets in the whole condo for $50. I know it seems minor but it was rather annoying. That small gripe aside, this condo was fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Seattle, close to all of the big attractions and have easy access to public transit.
