Perfect location for Cap Hill and downtown access

Overall, I definitely recommend staying in these beautiful units! Make sure you contact the renters immediately after booking to make sure your payment and reservation has been processed. Now for the details: the reservation started out a bit rocky. To start, the name of this location on Hotels.com is more of a description, so there is a bit of a sketchy feel to booking this place. I booked because the rates were affordable and I trusted that Hotels.com had a dependable scam filter. I never received a confirmation and I ended up having to call the after-hours line upon arriving at SEA at 9 PM. Pretty scary! However, the late-night rep was extremely helpful in locating my reservation and making sure a key would arrive upon arriving in the city. It was all ironed out pretty quickly and I was in the building around 11. The units are very clean and cozy. A great place for 1 or two guests. My particular unit was a bit of a fish bowl with the patio right next to the house next door and the shades not completely opaque. I wished I could have comfortably made my coffee in the morning and watched the news wearing next to nothing, but it is not a deal breaker. The bed and sheets were extremely comfortable and you have a wall-mounted AC unit to get the temperature just right. The location is fantastic. All of the restaurants and bars on Pike and Pine Streets are right outside your front door. I even walked to work down by the stadiums three mornings in a row. Great find!

Seattle

I'm very happy I chose to stay in cove apartments with the convention center. I couldn't ask for more of the city vibe. This is a great location. Minutes away from many beautiful attractions Seattle, WA has to offer. Great food too close by :)

Insect swarm hotel

The apt was very clean. The apartment was in a great location. I had trouble with the wifi and the representative was very attentive to making sure that I got it to work. The BIG issue was the sanitary conditions. The trash disposal for the apt was not fuctioning and there was a constant swarm of trash flies in the apartment and the hall. I couldn't eat without a trash fly landing on my food. I couldn't sit without a trash fly landing on me. These are the same flies that you see most at home in trash and walking on the rim of the toilets! It was one of the most disgusting stays I've ever had. It was so bad that I believe I could have eaten on the street and been accosted less by insects landing on me! I wrote a very clear message about the conditions. The same representative that was so attentive to my wifi NEVER to this day, 3 weeks later has even responded. It wasn't like I was expecting the "trash room" would have been fixed in the short amount of time I was there, but no response at all was not very professional. It was my 1st time in the state. My stay was there was fine, but my room was horrible because of the unsanitary conditions.

This Is Not A Hotel

I think they're meant to be fancy apartments, but the building is still under renovation so they're letting them out for short terms stays. And to be fair, they're pretty nice apartments. Downtown location, clean and bright, fully furnished with plenty of kitchen space. But it's not a hotel. There are no staff, for example. No one will check you in. No one will answer your questions. No one will tidy your room. Be aware of that, I guess.

Avoid it!

This seems to be a private apartment in a nice buidling close to downtown Seattle. There is no reception and the people who manage the apartment will not respond to any concerns you might have during your stay. I sent them an email to let them know that I had a horrible rash from the bedding (bedbugs? allergic reaction?) during the night and that the sink and toilet were not quite clean; I never heard back. I had reserved for 3 nights and had to leave after the first night and figure out a new place to stay. Just skip this option.
