Very comfortable and charming, and little quirky, older home in a great neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. Very quiet at night and great light in the morning. Excellent and very well stocked kitchen and nice furnishings throughout. A long stay would be easy. There is an alley way parking spot but only small cars would fit. No problem finding street parking. I plan to go back. Host is great.

My daughter and I enjoyed staying here very much. This is a unique, well maintained, historic home. Local restaurants and food market are near by, within walking distance. Communication was very easy with the owner.

The overgrowth of plants in the yard cluttered the entrances. The floors had some nails that were unsafe for feet without shoes. The tub drain in the shower was plugged. The toilet w weouldn't flush without holding the handle. Other than that it was a great place to stay. It was a quite and safe neighborhood.

Good stay, but check additional charge

The house is at great location (corner to grocery and restaurants) and with privacy, while the place is clean & tidy. My only reminder is to be aware of the additional charges before reservation. It is not noted anywhere but one small line at the policy.

Well thought out furnishings at this house. Feels spacious. Kitchen modern and easy to use. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. Easy access to Phinney Ridge neighborhood. Responsive and kind host. Linens and beds have strong fragrance.

We absolutely loved staying in this charming 1925 ‘craftsman’ home. She has a lot of character and one can almost imagine the stories this home holds! All that one would need is provided and the fact that groceries and restaurants were in walking distance is a huge plus (btw, walking the alley to all is much less taxing than taking the sidewalk out front! That hill… omg! Ha!) Communication with the owner was very easy. We plan to return to this property as often as we can as it is minutes from family!
