The suite features a comfortable queen-sized bed, enchanted to ensure a restful night's sleep, and a private bathroom stocked with potions (toiletries) to pamper yourself.
    Your suite comes with its own enchanted bathroom, equipped with modern fixtures and a sprinkle of magic to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Was a great place to stay, the only caveat I'd note is regarding the description about the kitchen and living areas were a shared space as I did not know that until I had checked in. Otherwise it was great!

The description of the space(s) could have been better. Parking was challenging but good bus service to/from Seattle Center and from there you can use monorail or other public transport to anywhere. Overall, good experience.

This is my second time staying at one of Vince’s properties, and it’s been excellent both times!! This room was so clean and had such a beautiful view!! I will look for this again when traveling to Seattle. Thank you!

Very comfortable and clean with grest communication with host. Was surprised to have two floors of steps to room; and parking was difficult. Otherwise loved the neighborhood.

This place was awesome and safe! The only hiccup which the host cannot control is google putting the listing in the apartments behind it. Putting the directions into walking somehow made it accurate. Not the hosts doing! The host communicated amazingly, has a great and accurate listing and the space made my son feel at home away from home which is a huge feat!

This is a great location with amazing view on the hill overlooking lake union. Proximity to just about everything is easily within reach. Quiet, safe neighborhood and an amazing night’s sleep. We were very pleased with everything. Vince is a great host and extremely responsive to all inquiries and messages. He even put up with us when we had trouble getting in (due to our own fault of not properly reading the check-in instructions). If i had to find a fault I’d be stretching…though some type of labeling to say only fill the coffee machine with 1 cup of water at a time would have saved us the spillage because i was wanting to make 2 cups and used too much water. (I’m an idiot I guess :). Thanks Vince, we’ll definitely look you up again when we need a place to stay in Seattle.

Overall, this was a very pleasant experience! The location was BRILLIANT, not far at all from many tourist attractions, and featured a BEAUTIFUL view of a nearby lake and view of the city. The location was near several bus stops that will take you nearly anywhere you need to go. The room I stayed in was great! It came with its own bedroom and full bathroom, including a personal sized AC and heating unit. The AC unit can get a bit noisy, but that didn't bother me personally as I was willing to accept the noise for staying cool during a heatwave. The room also includes a small sink with sponge and dish soap if you need them. Also, a microwave and smart TV! About the only thing you should understand is that main kitchen, dining, and living room area is a shared space. This is more like a homestay, but I personally didn't interact with anyone else who happened to stay there around the same time (not by choice, just ended up that way). By far the best aspect of this entire experience has been Vince. Even during an off-hours text (nearly 11:00pm) he was rapid in responding to any questions I had! He was always kind and patient. From check-in to check-out, he made sure I was always prepared. The worst part was booking the property, like a 3/5 star experience. The reason was because of all the different agencies involved in the booking and payment process. I was confused enough from all the different emails from the different agencies, I wasn't sure who I was paying!

It was okay.

Unit was not as “spellbinding” as advertised, but the bathroom was nice and the bed was comfy. The noisy AC made it difficult to sleep, as did the thin walls and loud upstairs occupants.

Vince was very easy to communicate with and helped answer questions about the payment process and deposit. Location was great in proximity to our concert venue(Climate Pledge Arena), but farther away from the Market. (about 15 min Uber ride to Pikes or a 2.5-3 mile walk if you are up for it.) Safe/nice location in Queen Anne, great neighborhood. Shared kitchen and stairway/hallway- it's like an apartment building chopped up and you get one room, so you have to walk through the shared building and go through the shared kitchen/stairwell then arrive at your room. Some rooms are spaced out, some share a wall. But there was minimal noise from other guests. I think all guests respected the space. It's just a bed and mini fridge and a desk and a bathroom - pretty small, definitely smaller than a hotel room but it worked out well for our needs. (I was traveling with my partner, so 2 ppl) We got our room which included a bathroom which I would recommend- I think there are other listings that have a shared bathroom, if that is okay with you. The portable air conditioner fills up with water fast, so expect to have to dump/refill nightly in the shower. Great views of some of the city/water.
