Fantastic location that felt safe. 10-15 minutes of walking can get you to great cafes and restaurants, with a couple places being less than a 5 min walk. The house is comfortable, clean, and has efficient heating/cooling mini splits in both bedrooms and downstairs. Check in and check out instructions were really easy

Rooftop patio is the best

The view of the Seattle skyline and Mt Rainer from the rooftop patio is amazing! Very new property, nicely appointed. Location is very convenient for access to UW. Quiet neighborhood. Room for one vehicle parking at the property, all other is on-street. Will book again when we need to stay in the area.
