My brother, my sister and I spent 4 nights here. It was clean and the rooftop was a nice perk on a nice day. About a $17 Uber to downtown or the light rail is blocks away. Would recommend.
Loved our stay here. Super close to train station. Fairly quiet (next to street so some vehicle noise). Rooftop under airport landing pattern was super cool at night. All the amenities we needed were on hand and easy to find.
We absolutely fell in love with this home. It’s so beautiful and spacious. It had everything we needed and more. The view from the rooftop was spectacular. The owner was so sweet and helpful and checked on us to make sure all was well. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in Seattle. It was our home away from home.

Liked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Key code didn’t work, poor communication
The key code provided worked when we arrived, after that, every time we tried to reenter it didn’t work. We had to contact the owner to have it reset, after the 4th time, they finally gave the code for the lockbox which had actual keys to use. The tv in the bedtime didn’t work, the a/c in the upstairs bedroom didn’t work. There was no laundry detergent. The heater on the rooftop didn’t work. Communication with the owner was terrible. There was no response to messages regarding the tv issue or our request for a possible late check-out. If there was a response, I was told she’d get back to me but never did. Other than that, the place was clean and cute.
Really enjoyed this property. Everything was very comfortable and fresh. Great location in Beacon Hill. Had a small problem with coffee maker which was fixed very quickly.
Beautiful modern tri-level close to stadiums. Only drawbacks are lots of stairs.
No bathroom on main floor.
No off street parking.
But really not complaining, just fyi 😊
