*NEWLY INSTALLED AIR CONDITIONING IN MAIN BEDROOM*
620 sq ft (indoor space) + large covered deck. Though it has been newly remodeled in 2021, this house was built in 1938 and has a very old-timey feel. The floors and the kitchen were completely remodeled in early 2021 with new drywall, new cabinets, appliances, and quartz countertops. Large windows in the main bedroom allow for plenty of natural light and the back bedroom has a unique nook with a desk that looks out onto mountain views on a clear day. The covered deck is a perfect place to enjoy some fresh air and cup of coffee (or beer if you’d rather) even on a rainy Seattle day. The living room has a great set-up for a cozy night with a 50 inch TV with Netflix and Hulu, and a pull out couch with a memory foam mattress to accommodate extra guests.
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking a meal with anything you may need, including a garbage disposal, pots/pans, spices, oil, utensils, Keurig coffee maker with K cups included, dishes, wine glasses, and more. There is a small table for two, where guests can share a meal together.
Pets are welcome and will have a large yard to use the bathroom/run around, but be cautious as it is not fenced in.

Awesome unit in great location
We had a great time at this cute property. The private entrance and driveway parking was convenient, and we were close to everything we wanted to see in Seattle. The hosts communicated clearly and often. Thanks!

Great stay
My family of 5 and dogs stayed here for two nights. It is in a great location only a 10 min drive from downtown seattle. We were very impressed with the level of detail that made our stay very comfortable (coffee pods, water filter, dog bowls, etc). We absolutely loved it and would recommend to anyone.
