The staff were courteous and friendly. Room was very clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was a variety of toast yogurt waffles juices and coffee which is pretty good and included in the price. What we didn’t like , it was further from the Airport than we expected.

Staff was very nice. Hotel was very outdated, dark, and didn’t have elevators to get to the second level. Area wasn’t well lit and many people were drinking in the parking lot. It felt unsafe. Room was cheap, but I still wouldn’t stay here again.

Room with hot tub was clean, the lamps and electric outlets are out dated, they need to be upgraded to accommodate iPhone devices and switches that work. Too many people hanging out in the back parking area is a concern. Great staff and easy access to shopping and restaurants. Thanks

Clean room, staff and environment wasn’t the best. Seemed sketchy and took 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front office. Room was great, but hallways doors and elevators were dirty and beat up. Pool was not open.

I wouldn’t stay there again. Numerous people with keys that didn’t work, mine included. Did not feel safe from the start. Rooms and lobby smelled bad. Loud music and people smoking weed outside…yes we were in Washington so it’s legal.

None of the staff mentioned breakfast. Everything was fine, the rooms were old and a bit dirty, but that's normal for a hotel like this. One man in glasses, probably the manager, is constantly rude to everyone. He doesn't listen to what you say to him and doesn't pay any attention to you at all, he's arrogant and terrible.

Website says it had a pool, but the pool has no water. The front desk person seemed very annoyed with me. He asked for $100 deposit. I asked for a receipt for the deposit and he got really mad. He threw the keys at us and said "second building". He didn't tell us where the second building was. We went outside to look for it and didn't find it. We came back in to ask. When he say us, he grabbed the cordless phone and quickly walked away. Fortunately there was a map, and we were able to figure it out for ourselves. The place could use some paint and new carpet and it has a funny smell, but it was a nice place in it's day for sure. Breakfast was adequate. And morning staff was much more pleasant. Stayed across the street the next night for similar price. Much better experience.

The staff were pretty alright. Outlets in room were all loose, not mounted well, it would not hold plugs secured. Room was clean and continental breakfast wasn’t anything great. I had better honestly. We ate elsewhere, sadly.
