The front desk staff was friendly and apologetic. I went in knowing that this was a property in need of updating. The condition of everything was extremely poor. We checked out early after finding a bed bug.

Felt very unsafe there. Staff were friendly enough but the environment of the hotel was off. Felt more like a low budget motel with hotel pricing. Breakfast wasn’t really breakfast.. just some yogurt and old coffee. Left a day early so I didn’t have to stay there again - been ignored by management about refunding the extra night I didn’t use as well.. won’t be back

The day before I received an email from the Ramada to register for check in and for any upgrade requests which I selected the upgrade for a jacuzzi room which they later on approved that same day. I was looking forward to this the next day, only to get to the room and see it was a regular kind bed room. I

Hotel is okay but bed is terrible. Mattress not very good. Bowed up in the middle and uncomfortable. Breakfast not good at all . 4 containers on table for coffee and nothing in any of them.
