This was a great place for my family to stay for a weekend in Seattle, great location to get around to different areas of Seattle but also in a nice quiet tucked away neighborhood. Owner was very accommodating to requests and great with communication throughout our stay! We would love to stay here again!

The property was very nice and clean we just stay for the night but even though it was one night I love my sleep the bed was great with me having a bad back problem the bed was wonderful on my back. Vince was a fast responsive if needed to communicate with him. I want a late checked out and he made it happen. I will recommend to friends and family.

Everything was as pictured. Some point to have in consideration. No bathroom or 1/2 bathroom in common areas(first floor). No A/C in all rooms and the rooms gets a lot of Sun, so they get very warm and we are from Florida. A lots f stairs, if you have bad knees. No so much to do around everything is a least 10 min drive. The rest is very good nice for a family.

Very nice property. Looks like a new construction. FYI lots of stairs, five floors. 1st floor-garage 2-kitchen and living room 3-2 bedrooms with shared bathroom 4-master bedroom and bath 5-deck area Overall would definitely stay here again. Close to main attractions. Parking garage is tight not suitable for big cars. We rented a Camry and barely fit it garage. You can leave the car outside in front of garage door. Seattle is a beautiful state.

Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. We liked the place and it was quite clean and newish. We would consider booking again (depending on rates as it is a very competitive/ high density area with lots of options nearby). CAVEATS: If you are a light sleeper, just know it is under the direct flight path for SEATAC. It is 3 levels (4 if you include the deck) so a LOT of stairs and can be inconvenient if your room (the master) is on the 3rd floor and travelling with people w/mobility issues. NO A/C on the 2nd level and ONLY FANS (the wknd we were there was hot!). Streets in the area are VERY narrow with lots of parked cars (some not parked so well). If you have a large vehicle, you have to maneuver carefully thru the streets which is stressful when you're tired/sleepy.

This was a gorgeous, multilevel home that was very well kept and Vince, the owner, was very helpful and easy to reach.

Great but not perfect

The property looked new and was very clean. Rooms were spacious and nice. Master bath was huge. The only issue i had was in bedroom 2/3 there was no a/c so in july the rooms were hot.

We had a quick 1 night stay but property is great for a group! It was super clean & put together. It has a secure connected garage, plus an additional parking spot if needed. Great communication from the hosts - we left a watch behind & they got ahold of me right away. We were able to pick it up, so that was much appreciated!
