The location is very good. It was an easy walk to the downtown shopping area and Woodinville. Strolling the hotel property was also a delight. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff is outstanding. When our room lights went out, the electrician was on it immediately.

Everything was beautiful and well maintained. Absolutely gorgeous room and grounds to explore. Excellent service in general. We were disappointed with the breakfast at the Barking Frog and had an unfortunate meal at the Fireside Lounge but they at least comped what we couldn't eat.

Wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond for us! Highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway for couples. However they did accommodate to our stay when we came with our 3 year old. We asked for a cot in our room and they brought in an entire roll away twin bed. They even made sure to put his stuffy on the bed in a cute way after cleaning the room. A few fun things to add 1- Live music most nights located in the restaurant on the main floor 2- Restaurant has wonderful food and drinks (even NA options). 3- Gym facility has practically brand new equipment. Towels and water provided. 4- Sauna and hot tub and located near the tranquil garden. 5- Upon check in they offer a complimentary drink.

We had a great stay at Willows Lodge. It's located in a great area and close to walk to various great restaurants and wine tasting. The staff were very welcoming and we loved the outside seating area with a fire. The hotel was well located for the tours we planned into the trails, forests, waterfalls, islands and mountains. It was a little disappointing that the bar areas closed at 10pm due to possible disturbance to other guest rooms that surrounded the bar area courtyard. These were very popular areas and a number of guests were not too happy with closing down so early. I would have said 11 pm would have been acceptable. All in all though we really enjoyed our time here.
