I was pretty happy with my room, especially at this price point. It has a decent kitchen, with a full-size refrigerator, and the air conditioning and heating worked fine. The hotel is an extended stay concept and I'm not sure that most of the guests were tourists, like me. Many seemed to be workers, in construction trades and the like. Anyway, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. We felt safe here and the price and condition of the room were pretty good. The chair in the room was torn and in clear need of replacement but the other fixtures and furniture were fine.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Time for a new chair.

The old addage is true. You get what you pay for. For less than $100 a night this close to SeaTac, it was am acceptable stay. There was a weird smell to the room, and some kind of stain on the bedsheets. While services like laundry were nice, there was a pool of water on the floor.. The people in the room across from me had 2 vedy loud and noisy dogs and there was a dirty overflowing trashcan in the hall.

Very clean, spacious room. Checking In and checking out process was very smooth. Great staffing overall. TV in the room had a already cracked screen, with no remote available which wasn’t expected. Wasn’t a big deal since I didn’t plan on using it. The gym available is a bit petite but worth it. Air conditioning worked very well in keeping the room at desired temperature levels.

I would not stay here again. Walls are paper thin. It’s like there isn’t a wall at all. I wouldn’t say this play is a hotel, more of a motel and it’s wayyyy overpriced for what it is. They have long term permanent residents that live there. It’s not the most suitable place for travelers. I do like that they have someone walking around at night to watch the cars. My room was very clean and spacious.

I was impressed by how clean and well maintained the hotel was. Room was spacious, smelled good and was up to date. Disliked how unsafe the area around the hotel was. There's people living in their cars out in the hotel parking lot.

Property was very clean, beds very comfortable and good security. However, no soap in room or available at front desk, "We're all out, sorry." No phone in room, "Some of phone jacks not working so, if no phone means jack not working." The inability of the front desk to contact our room led to us almost losing our delivery dinner, since front desk would not let them go to room, due to security. No one from hotel came to our room either. Front desk person said hotel was undergoing remodel. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.
