"Cons: PARKING is far away, in Scotia Square. You have to walk a long way with your luggage, but at least we were able to walk through buildings and follow signs. It was a bit tricky. Also the antennae of our truck (Tacoma) was scraping on some parts of the parking garage. 😳 I don't know where normal trucks would park. OUTDATED. The heat in the room was not updated. I was a little confused as to how it worked. There was a nob that read, off low med high. That turned on a fan/vent. There was a thermostat beside that where I could turn the dial to 70, but I wasn't sure if that actually did anything or if you needed the fan on to get any heat. I did not want the fan on all the time because it was a little loud. CARPET. The carpet in the room didn't look pleasant, old stains. POOL. The pool was in the 2nd floor. It was relatively small and too cold for me. I was sad I couldn't go in with my son. TV. The TV guide didn't seem accurate. Everything I chose to put on was not what actually came on. ROOM CARDS: We back went down 3 times because the cards wouldnt work. We didn't know to not put them with your phone! Your phone will wipe the card. Terribly weak coffee in our room. Pros FRIENDLY STAFF, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE. My son had fun in the pool."

"Cons: No parking (they may open the garage door for you but there won’t be any spaces), no pancakes for breakfast :( . Loud. Sauna isn’t very hot. Hot tub and sauna do not appear to be accessible as you have to walk up flights of a back stair well. If it is accessible by elevator it isn’t marked well. Front desk called in the middle of the night while I was sleeping to mention that they put me in the wrong room. Pros: location?"

"Hotel is in a commercial area so the lack of a restaurant is noticed, but the staff was friendly, rooms were updated and facility was clean. Maybe a list of local restaurants would be my only suggestion."

"No issues parking, but very thin walls you could hear other guests clearly."

"Very accommodating hosts! Beautiful home and breakfast was lovely. Depending on who you're staying with, the set up in the sunrise suite is a little odd with the open washroom, probably best for someone staying on their own. "

"Room was clean. Selection of TV channels could be better. Suggest putting microwaves in the rooms. "

"We loved the home. Great for 2 couples and a baby. Cozy and nicely decorated. Very comfortable, like being at Home. "
