✔ PETS: Sorry, NO pets are allowed at this home. If you bring undisclosed pets into the home, you will be charged a fine of $200 per pet or more.



✔ SMOKING: NO SMOKING is allowed in this home. If any evidence of smoking, either inside or outside, is discovered, it will result in a fine of $200 or more.



✔ FIRES: No outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed based on county regulations.
