"Room was wonderful, but was on the 2nd floor with no elevator, difficult for elderly with luggage. Also had to pay a dog fee for each day of our stay, unlike the usual flat rate for the entire stay. Other then these minor issues the room surpassed my expectations. "

"Property was nice area, nice cabin. But them stairs that are there to access upstairs are so noisy and the light from bathroom into downstairs bedroom was very annoying. Other then that all was good."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Inn. The property is older, the bathroom was especially small and dated, but we loved the balcony with the view of the lake, and we especially loved the outdoor seating areas by the water. The hotel is pet friendly, so there were plenty of dogs there, and everyone was very friendly. The continental breakfast was adequate. If I had one suggestion it would be to offer fresh fruit and decaf coffee. Everything was clean and well maintained and the staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Very convenient location for exploring Pictured Rocks and town amenities. Easy parking. Main level attractively updated, clean and comfortable. Basement bunk-room is separated from rest of home and accessed through unfinished portion of the basement. Air condition needed to be used to alleviate a damp odor. Host Valerie was pro-active, friendly and responsive."

"Just a really cool place. Parking was just fine for our vehicle. I would know that if you had a larger vehicle or a pull behind trailer parking would not be easy. Perfectly decorated; love the fire pit. saw a lovely sunset from the little landing in front of our room"
