Sleeping arrangements
This spacious home offers five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for privacy. Bedroom 1 includes 1 king bed and 1 twin bed with a twin trundle beneath. Bedroom 2 features a twin over queen bunk bed. Bedroom 3 provides 1 king bed, 1 twin bed with a twin trundle, and 1 queen over queen bunk bed. Bedroom 4 is furnished with 1 king bed, and Bedroom 5 also has 1 king bed. All are prepared with bedding and essentials, along with extra pillows and blankets.
Outdoor living
The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and connection to the landscape. A private swim spa is large enough for swimming, exercise, or play and can be heated for a daily fee. Connected to it is a hot tub, always ready for a soak. You’ll also find a private backyard, fire pit, patio, balcony, and outdoor dining space furnished for both comfort and views. The air is fresh, the surroundings quiet, and the space ideal for evenings under the stars.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals together. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and hot water kettle are provided, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A drip coffee maker and Keurig machine make mornings simple, while a blender, toaster, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils add convenience. Meals can be shared at the dining table or outside on the patio.

Families will find thoughtful touches throughout, including a crib, pack ’n play/travel crib, children’s dinnerware, and board games. An indoor children’s playroom offers toys, books, and games, creating a space designed for younger guests.

This home is in the very desirable area of Uptown Sedona. Extremely walkable to many amazing restaurants and shopping. There are very few homes in this area and this house is very private.
1. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes at all in the home. $1000 fine for breaking this rule
2. No pets, or animals
3. No events of any kind due to strict Sedona event ordinance. This includes retreats.
4. Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
