Garden was neglected as was the sauna and pool area. Trash everywhere. The family owners were very, very quirky. For some reason we couldn’t understand they refused to provide a copy of the bill. This little hotel has 39 rooms, two dining rooms and the best hosts I have ever had the opportunity to meet. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and large. We had tea in the dining room, my husband entertained us on the keyboard and they catered to us as if we were royalty. Ready to go back. Don’t miss out on the gem of a place located across the street from the Johannesburg Castle. Beautiful place."
