+ kostenlose Parkplätze - Restaurant am Dienstag zu - Frühstück sehr einfach, um 7 Uhr war schon alles leer (Touristengruppe aus China hat aller leer gefegt)

Disappointed

The best part about the room was the size and there was a bed for my family of 5. Everything else was very disappointing. There was not toilet paper in the bathroom, appliances were broken and worst of all the shower drain was clogged and didn't drain. When we brought this to there attention nothing was done about it until we complained again. Then they gave us keys to second room so we could use the shower. Other issues, the hotel was supposed to have free breakfast and on our second day nobody was is the kitchen, there wasn't any breakfast at all. This was very upsetting, especially since we are traveling with small kids. Also, the grounds keep randomly busted into our room at night and when he saw us he left. It didn't feel very safe and the accommodations were a joke. I was really hoping for a cozy experience ( which is why we didn't stay in the city of Salzburg) but only for poor service and questional accomodations. Don't waste your time and money here.

Nous aurions aimé rester plus que 2 nuits !

L'hôtel est typique, très bien entretenu, l environnement est sublime. Nous avions une chambre avec une superbe terrasse, Spéciale mention aux immenses lits ! Un bonheur !! Le personnel est charmant et souriant, ce qui n est pas le cas dans tous les hôtels autrichiens ! Parking gratuit devant l hôtel et petit plus, le restaurant sur place est pratique ! Seul petit bemol pour le sol de la chambre qui n était pas très propre et les lits pas refaits entre chaque nuit.... Mais a part ça, l hôtel est top !

Undvik eller ta en pizza för avhämtning

Rummet var väldigt slitet. Lakanen av frottékvalitet kändes inte fräscha. Eftersom rummet helt och hållet (även toaletten) saknade någon form av ventilation (svarta, suspekta beläggningar på fönstret och i badrummet) så var man tvungen att ha balkongdörren öppen. Det innebar att vi alla tre vaknade sönderbitna av ilskna mygg. Rummen är inte ljudisolerade för fem öre så man hörde grannens TV mycket väl. Rummet kändes inte heller städat ordentligt. Det låg gammalt skräp i papperskorgen och golvet kändes klistrigt. Vi var inte så nöjda med våra nätter på detta ställe. Restaurangen som ligger i samma hus har god pizza. Men förvänta er inte att få titta på menyn. Uppenbarligen ska man kunna menyn innan man hunnit läsa den för när servitrisen vill ha den så måste man ge tillbaka den. När vi då sa att vi var tvungna att gå någonstans där man hinner öppna menyerna så fick vi en tidsfrist på två minuter. Tacksamt... Däremot ska ni lägga ner tid på att läsa kvittot innan ni betalar. Vi hade blivit debiterade för en extra flaska vin och en öl extra. Konstigt när servitrisen ifrågasatte om vi verkligen skulle dela en flaska vin på två... Ät gärna pizzan på Rocco men ta den som takeaway. Servicen ger en bitter eftersmak.

Inexperienced hotel owner

This hotel was a five minute walk to the lake and a private beach. The lake and surroundings are beautiful. Two of the hotel staff - Sladjana and Ivan were exceptionally friendly and helpful but some of the kitchen staff were not as friendly. One family member is diabetic and required ice to keep the insulin cold and we discovered that the hotel does not have ice. The first time we asked, a staff member went to a local market to buy some. The second time, we were told quite rudely that there is no ice. The rooms were adequate, beds comfortable. The shower in our room was poorly designed—the water soaked most of the bathroom floor after showering. One day, staff came in and removed one of the three beds which we were not using. The next day they brought in another bed, which was a bit of a nuisance. There was also construction going on at the hotel, quite a lot of noise at times. Breakfast was served in a very nice traditional looking dining room but the food left a lot to be desired. Fried eggs were thrown on top of each other in a serving dish, looking quite unappetizing. Attention to detail was lacking - during our eight day stay the breakfast room ran out of black tea, pepper, napkins, butter and de-caf coffee which did not seem to bother the kitchen staff. I think the Croatian owner is very new at running a hotel. I also heard him yelling at the staff in an abusive way. Considering the other choices in the area, I would not stay here again.

Das Empfangspersonal war weder sehr redegewandt, noch motiviert oder kompetent. Im Hausflur unangenehmer und unerklärlicher Geruch. Außerdem auch hier schon auf dem Weg zum Zimmer nur Flecken auf dem Teppich. Zimmerausstattung sehr spartanisch. Alles alt und halb kaputt. Aber die Sauberkeit - das Schlimmste das wir je erlebt haben! Unerklärliche Flecken auf der "frischen" Bettwäsche, über der Dusche dickster Schimmel, auf den Ablagefächern im Bad nur Staub und fremde Haare, schlechte und heiße Luft, die auch durch Lüften nicht besser wurde - das war nur das Offensichtlichste. Genauer wollten wir uns gar nicht umschauen, sonst wäre uns noch schlechter geworden. Wir haben direkt wieder ausgecheckt und haben unsere lange Heimreise nach BW lieber gleich angetreten. Das ist uns noch nie passiert. Aber auch wenn der Chef nach Besichtigung des Zimmers darauf beharrte, es sei doch sauber, nur unordentlich (:-D), haben wir unser Geld direkt zurückbekommen. Schön, dass wir das Problem so schnell und unkompliziert lösen konnten.

Das Hotel ist sauber, jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Der check in erfolgte problemlos bei einer sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiterin. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich ok, jedoch waren die Spiegeleier bereits nicht mehr frisch, was dem Umstand, dass nur wenige Gäste da waren, geschuldet sein dürfte.

Buon hotel, ma prima colazione molto povera

Hotel in bella posizione con alcune camere che offrono la vista lago. Camere semplici, non perfettamente pulite e servizi igienici difettati (il WC perdeva acqua). Wifi funzionante in camera. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Prima colazione completamente da rivedere perché offre pochissima varietà di salati e nessun dolce o yogurt. Dei due succhi offerti dal dispenser (multivitamine e arancia) uno è stato per tutto il soggiorno (due notti) vuoto.

L’hotel è ubicato fuori di Salisburgo di una ventina di km...ma ne vale la pena ..hotel tipico austriaco, letti eccezionali, la pulizia ottima, personale gentilissimo, il posto poi è bellissimo, sul lago...consigliato...
