"The Lodge was clean but run down. The first unit, bathroom door which was a pocket door would not come out to close. I requested another room and the toilet did not flush without me taking the cover off and reaching in to activate the flush flap. There were connecting doors that were not locked so I had to block them with chair and luggage to feel safe that no one could come in from those doors. I only spent one night and booked to take advantage of the airport shuttle service which was great. Service was ontime, driver very helpful and pleasant. That was the only highlight of my stay. I would not stay again."

"The location near airport yet near the city was excellent. Really enjoyed the well-maintained pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was adequate; enjoyed the pancake machine, although it was broken on the last day of our stay. They replaced it, however with a toastable waffle. The kitchen in the room was great. We didn’t use, but saw many people using the clothes washing facilities. It was a comfortable stay overall, and at a price at least $100 less than most competitors, we really appreciated this property!"

"We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport. Unfortunately that meant it was also pretty far from downtown San Francisco. The room itself was good and even had 2 wireless phone charging stations. The housekeeping staff didn’t fully replace coffee and towels after our first night so we were short some stuff on day 2. One day I went to the lobby for coffee at 5:15 am and even though coffee was supposed to start at 4am, the machine was locked and the staff member was asleep on the couch. I didn’t bother waking him. So overall so so experience."

"The room was relatively clean and tidy for the price. The blow dryer did not work AT ALL. And the room was VERY dimly lit.. just one small dim ceiling light near a far wall. No bedlighting at all. The curved shower curtain bar was barely hanging into its rack and fell off on the floor with the slightest touch. Walls were VERY thin and sound would have been a HUGE problem if the neighbors make any noise at all. Beds were comfy and curtains provided good privacy and darkness for early turn-in or late-risers. A/C-Heat worked fine."
