In Seignosse, in the heart of the resort and at the foot of the Landes dune, this pleasant studio apartment is ideal for your vacation for 3 people. Located on the 1st floor of a residence with an elevator, it features a living room with a 140cm sofa bed and a 90cm mezzanine bed opening onto a north-facing loggia. You'll also find an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen area and a bathroom.
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Beaches and shops are 300 meters away.

Bed linens, bath towels, and tea towels are not provided.
July/August cleaning included in the price.

Bien situé mais bruyant

Juste à côté de la plage et des commerces, ce logement aurait pu être très bien si la boîte de nuit en face n'avait pas résonné jusqu'à 6h du matin chaque nuit. Le logement est aussi un peu petit pour 3 personnes.
