"We stayed at another hotel in the other side of park. They had an onsen, but I liked this hotel better!!! The people were super super nice. From the doorman, to front desk crew, to concierge. Clean and modern. Also, the king bed was huge and very comfortable with great linens. Close to the museums and castle park. I would stay here again. We ate breakfast at Starbucks adjacent to hotel. "

And we are patronizing your establishment. The others at the desk were much nicer. The vibe of the place is a bit stuffy and the decor is quite tired. The onsen was nice and another guest was kind to help show me where to change and put my things. "
