Villa of modern architecture.
Renovated villa in 2017, extremely spacious and comfortable, is located in the district of verdizela, in the area of Costa da Caparica. The villa is just 20 minutes from the center of Lisbon, 30 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the Herdade da Aroeira Golf Club.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful pine forest and has a large garden, a large saltwater pool, a barbecue and an area for al fresco dining.
This large swimming pool, sunny all day, will delight young and old.
The four bedrooms range from 20m2 up to 45m2 for the parental suite. All equipped with double bed, one with a bb extra bed and 2 bedroom upstairs with 1 sofa bed each.
Also, 2 bathrooms with Italian shower, double sink and toilet, the bathroom on the first floor and equipped with a jacuzzi.
The 3rd bathroom, is located on the ground floor, consisting of shower, sink and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, ceramic plate.

Very large living room in open space of over 130m2, you will spend good time with your loved ones.
