Immersed in a cultural and historical environment in our beautiful city of Sélestat, a city that mixes art and tradition, whose authenticity and friendly atmosphere will charm you.



The apartment is located on the first floor of a house without elevator, in triplex



On the first floor is the first double bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and a washing machine.



On the second floor is the open living room with the kitchen and living room.

The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle. Everything is available to make you feel at home.



In the living room we find a beautiful hearth, this decorative fireplace as well as the beautiful wooden beams provide a warm and typical atmosphere. The living room has a sofa bed where two people can also sleep, there is also a flat screen TV with a wide variety of channels.



On the third floor there is a second bedroom with a double bed.



The entire accommodation will be yours, and always in the spirit of satisfying you:



cleaning will be done before your arrival

beds will be made with clean sheets

clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel

you will have free Wi-Fi



And for young children, you will find a travel cot and a high chair in your accommodation.

From the apartment, you can easily explore the city center and its many cultural places, such as the Humanist library, the churches of St George and St Foy, as well as the Bread Museum, while enjoying various boutiques, bakeries, patisseries restaurants, and ready-to-wear stores.



House rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.



Animals are strictly prohibited.



Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.



You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

Vacances en famille

Malgré en très bon emplacement ce logement comporte quelques désavantages : le stationnement payant (pas de parking attitré à l’appartement), la cour commune n’est pas très propre surtout à cause des poubelles (partagées avec les restaurants voisins). Pas adapté aux familles (selon moi) avec enfants en bas âges notamment à cause des nombreux escaliers. Le logement reste cosy et très bien décoré a noté tout de même que l’annonce porte à confusion avec le lave vaisselle inexistant. Un gros loupé niveau propreté /ménage malgré une bonne réactivité de l’agence. Le logement manque cruellement de volets (pour la lumière, la chaleur et les nuisances sonores). Sélestat est une ville magnifique
