The staff at this hotel are wonderful. They are very pleasant and always helpful. The spa on the third floor with the infinity edge was wonderful and warm. The food in the restaurant was also very good although the selections were limited. Overall we really loved this hotel and would stay there again.

Hotel was stunning, the views of the mountains whilst having breakfast were incredible. All staff were very welcoming and friendly and the facilities were great. 10/10 recommend! Fantastic location, right next to ski lift. Something to be aware of is you're on a hill (which gives you the amazing views), but if you want to walk down into town in the evening you have a 10 minute walk back up a relatively steep hill.

If you’re looking at this review you likely already know about the amazing location this hotel is in (inc. 2 min walk to a main lift) so I’ll skip that…. This hotel really is incredible, very well maintained, excellent facilities inc. a free sauna, spa and infinity pool over looking the mountains. There’s an online app / link ordering drinks etc. and delivered where ever you select. The staff were truly exceptional, everyone of them genuinely acted like they were pleased you were there and staying with them! The service was as good as any 5 Star + you would stay in, restaurant offered a good meal and lots of local wines at very reasonable prices! Could not recommend this place any more highly - just book it, you won’t regret it!!!

My stay at the Continental Hotel was absolutely fantastic—truly a 5-star experience from beginning to end. The hotel is beautifully maintained. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Every interaction felt genuine, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Absolutely great service. They went above and beyond the ensure we had a great stay, including arranging transportation for us after we missed train and bus transfers due to train cancellation. The stay was great and helped us plan our day to see the most of the area with the time we had. The room was great and the Spa, pool, and other facilities were also excellent.

We loved this hotel. The location was excellent, our room was spacious for a family of three, the pool and saunas were great after hiking and the breakfast was lovely with many options. We would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable room with spectacular view of The Valley. The hotel serves a wonderful breakfast and has restaurant for dinner with a fixed menu , wonderful experiente to eat there too. The hotel has sauna and jacuzzi , perfect treat after a day on the mountains. We loved everything
