ES POU - NICE CHALET WITH POOL IN BINIAMAR - SELVA
Spacious and comfortable chalet furnished with taste and amenities. Located in a very quiet area, it belongs to the municipality of Selva,
but it is located 500m from the village of Lloseta, a small Majorcan village in the Raiguer area.
It´s a quiet area but well connected to the island, Lloseta has a train station that takes you to the capital, Palma.
It has a capacity for up to 6 guests, 3 double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of them en suite. Living room,
fully furnished kitchen and open to another dining room with access to the large porch with stunning views to the Tramuntana mountains.
Well-kept exteriors, surrounded by green grass. Salt-watering pool with a large terrace with its sun loungers to delight in the rays of the sun.
Fixed barbecue by the pool. Ideal for families with children or groups of friends.

We had a wonderful week staying at this villa
We had a wonderful week staying at this villa. I was travelling with my husband and 7 month old baby (our first time travelling abroad with her). I had very quick responses to all my questions and Maria kindly provided lots of extra helpful things to make our stay with a baby more seamless. The villa is very homely and had lots of useful kitchen appliances as well as the fantastic outdoor cooking area. The pool is pristine and uses saltwater instead of chemicals which was nice (too cold for a baby so we brought along a paddling pool for her). Would recommend this property for people who are looking for a peaceful villa holiday.

Maison avec des extérieurs très agréables (piscine, transats, cuisine d'été, grande terrasse) et bien équipée. Environnement calme, la voiture est nécessaire car aucun commerce ou autre centre d'intérêt ne sont accessibles à pied.

Es war traumhaft schön im sehr privaten und großzügigen Grundstück. Der Pool ist sehr groß und die Klimaanlagen und Ventilatoren haben uns selbst bei großer Hitze das Leben gerettet ! Man wird idyllisch vom Hahn geweckt und kann abends auf der Terrasse gut sitzen.

Una casa da sogno
Una casa da sogno in una posizione centrale dell’isola. Tutte le spiagge raggiungibili in auto in 30/60 minuti, tutti i servizi necessari sono in un raggio di 5/10 minuti. Casa tenuta splendidamente, host super gentili. La consiglierò sicuramente.

Hemos pasado una semana genial
Hemos pasado una semana genial en esta casa. Nos han recibido de manera muy amable. Ha sido muy fácil comunicar con Marina. La casa era maravillosa tanto el interior que el exterior.
