The room was fine. A bit worn for wear. It was substantially clean and the cleaners did a good job. The staff stood out as very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. The location is good, relatively clise to the beach and there are plenty of eateries in the proximity.

The pool was so nice, a few tiles in the pool were broken but it didn't make a difference. We really enjoyed sitting by the pool and relaxing. The place needs a little rennovation in general but we really liked the vibe. It felt so tropical and relaxing. The staff were outstanding, so nice and helpful. The restaurant on-site was also really good! Overall had a great stay there.

I read a lot of posts about this property before our trip. This was the last of 9 resorts. Not what was expected. The pool tiles are loose and come up from under your feet. Geckos are everywhere including their loud chirping at night in our room. 2 staff members were awesome. Food was good. Location to other restaurants was convenient. Must do Naughty Nuris!

The hotel is lovely just a little tired. The bathroom was a bit stained but the staff do a great job of keeping the rooms and grounds clean. Nice pool but the water was very warm. Good breakfast selection.

overall had a good stay all though the condition of bed sheets when we got there were visibly dirty as well as stained pillow would’ve liked for our towels to be changed and toilet paper he topped up everytime we had a please clean sign up staff were super kind though!

Traditional style with all the ammenities. Bungalows provide a wonderful feel and good value. Comfortable and clean. Well maintained facilities with well appointed traditional decor. Friendly staff from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping. Easy walk to the beach, shopping and other dining options in the area. Great spa next door.

This was our first hotel when we arrived in Bali so we only stayed for 2 nights and arrived around midnight on our first night, but it was still a great experience! The room was very clean, modern and the king bed was just absolutely amazing! The staff was very helpful and lovely. They gave us complimentary cakes on arrival and on our second morning too. The swimming pool was great and spacious. We did not end up eating in the restaurant and only had one juice before leaving but the restaurant itself looked great. The interior and decor of this hotel was amazing and even better than on the photos.

Not the best experience

Not the best experience. There was a night club just next door, so not a good sleep. The place was old and tired and needed maintenence. A lot of noise in the room from AC and bathroom. Toilet could not flush properly. Food was average. Location is close to beach so that's good.
