Ruime suite

Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We hadden de pool access suite op de begane grond. Een heel ruim vertrek en zeker met kinderen erg fijn. Ik vond wel dat het vertrek en met name de badkamers gerenoveerd zouden moeten worden. Daarbij hadden wij elke dag heel veel muggen binnen die via de badkamer (rooster) naar binnen kwamen. Daar had wel meer aan gedaan kunnen worden.

Had a wonderful time here, having a 1 bedroom apartment is great with plenty of room. Pool area could use more or bigger umbrellas as we had a keep moving to get out of the sun.

Our room was comfortable and spacious though plumbing was a bit old. Overall experience was good. Staff was always courteous and eager to assist. Good from the cafe LIVINGSTONE was tasty. Location was ideal, near good dining places. Distance from beach was a bit far though but renting a scooter helped get us around.

スタッフは若いが、対応は素晴らしい

ホテルの敷地の奥にプールがあります。プール自体の利用者はあまり多くなく、デッキチェアの数も少ないのですが、取り合いになることなく過ごすことができました。ただ、プールの水がオーバーフローしないのか、葉っぱなど水面に小さなゴミが浮いていたのが気になりました。 お部屋は広く、キッチン、リビングダイニング、ベッドルームとあるので、家に居るような感覚で過ごすことができます。窓際にデスクがあったのが良かったです。 滞在中、お隣の部屋の若者たちが深夜に音楽をかけて歌を歌ってノリノリでうるさくなってしまったのですが、フロントにお願いしたところ、すぐに対応して下さったのがありがたかったです。

Staff was very nice , kind - but very noisy at night around the area, some electronic music was on every night :( Also our whole family got sick ( bring your soft toliet paper lol ) stayed in the toliet allllll day for 3 days. I have talked to other families next rooms they all got sick ! We all thought we got sick from ice or drinks from the hotel bar. I suggest you to be careful with drinks.

Good hotel in Seminyak

It was a decent hotel with good service. Pictures looks better than real life, it is a litte worn down. But the Staff is amazing and service is really good. The hotel has a large pool witch is the perfect escape from the buissiness of Seminyak! They also have a spa with good prices! Location is good for food, but overall Seminyak is not the most beautiful place.

Good yet lacking in a few upkeep areas

Livingstones is the true gem to this hotel. Pool was enjoyed by kids. Fitness centre basic yet functional; did work out. Suite was spacious and two king beds comfortable. Balcony huge. Bath simply did not work; nor the wish to address this. Bathrooms are a little ‘faulty towers’ for those that will appreciate the reference. Did manage to get an in room safety box though. Staff are good and service great too. Local area is packed with things and not so far to Petitenget or Seminyak town. If it meets your needs, why not :)

Roomy Villas with exceptional service.

A large group with children accommodated over 7 roomy Villas. Staff could not have provided better service. Pool was sparkling and a welcome relaxant at the end of busy days. Room service was well priced and delicious, delivered with a smile. Rooms were spotless, well appointed and serviced daily. Big thumbs up to the floating breakfast menu. Perfect!

Good apartment suite in seminyak

Excellent and friendly staff throughout my stay at Kokonut suites. Love the spa and floating breakfast, do book earlier if you want to enjoy the services. Room was spacious but the shower can change as abit old and uneven flow. Love the quietness of the place and the cafe, livingstone and ordered room service twice.
