Not the nicest area of Bali, but the hotel and its staff are great. Room was comfortable and facilities are good. Pool and common areas are a bit dated but clean and sound. Highlight was the friendly, professional and helpful staff - amazing individuals. Good value for the price. I would stay again, and recommend to others.

Pros: Beautiful room (the big sky room). Nice smell. Strong air conditioner. Comfortable bed. Cons: Outlets were loose, couldn’t charge my phone. Outdoor bath was dirty from fallen leaves. Overall: Enjoyed our stay. We would go again.

The staff were always warm & welcoming. The room was amazing but you could hear the noise from the movement in the hallway. We had an amazing outdoor bathroom only downside was the mosquitoes. Hotel itself was very gorgeous and is close to the beach, bars and restaurants. After while we did get over the being continously asked to buy things at the shops when you walk on the main street.

Very impressed for a 3 star. Lovely room amenities (robes, tea, coffee & water daily). Easy walk down to Double Six beach La Plancha. Not a lot of room around the pool but sun loungers up near the spa. For one person the room was spacious enough, though rooms a little dark and the acoustics were a bit loud given the hotel is a lot of concrete. Breakfast was pretty basic, but fine, does the job. Great staff, excellent experience

Swimming pool was off limits - no notice, no compensation provided. The driveway was sometimes impossible to walk through due to puddles of water after the rain - staff didn't bother to do anything about it. Been here 3 times before, it used to be chic but now quite run down. The toilets need replacement - showing its age. Otherwise, great location, close to the beach.

Sheets are unsanitary, rooms are breaking down and the mosquitos are abundant. Service recovery was fine: moved me to a new room but for housekeeping to witness the air conditioning leak (brown water dripping all over my pillow, where my face would be) and stained sheets, very very dusty furnishing and just assume the guest would be fine dealing with it. That’s just wild customer service.

The building itself is pretty worn out. The corridors smell, the room is cracking, etc. for some reason my room never got made up so I had soggy towels that wouldn’t dry. It was comfortable but I wouldn’t stay again
