The view from our room and the cleanliness was very nice. Most of the staff was really nice and helpful, but a few staff members were sometimes significantly late or forgetful when asked to clean the room or deliver things to the room.

It is best to book this hotel for its advantageous location. However, considering it is rated 4 stars I was let down by the cleanliness of the linen and the overall age of the hotel. All the staff were patient and provided great service.

Stayed in a Junior Suite. Only given 1 key card. Told too busy didn't have spare. Had to ask for hand/small towels - again "busy" would give if they had any. Room very clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast very basic - we went out for breakfast. Staff all very nice, polite and friendly but all very young. Nobody senior seemed to be in charge. Overall reasonable hotel. Would stay again but not in a hurry.

The rooms are quite dated and the bed is not very comfortable. I would suggest putting a top sheet under the blanket - a separate sheet - because at times it got hot because the blanket is too heavy for the temperatures in Bali. I would suggest using a lighter blanet too.

Started off with an awful check in, receptionist just pointed and said “room that way” very rudely. Photos must be 15 years old. At breakfast I asked for a white coffee and was told by the waitress “ you want milk you pay me money!! “ Shocking place.

Before you read my appraisal remember you are travelling to a 3rd world country. Firstly this hotel has fantastic staff. They are not top of the range rooms if you want 5 star, go elsewhere and pay more. Each room is kept clean and well stocked but the poor staff are only working with what they have been provided. Buffet breakfast is rice and noodles but this is Asia and that is what Asian people eat. Pastries, cereals and fruit is plentiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. For the owners:- your bed linen and towels need upgrading.

Too much has been out sourced. Bedroom/bathroom had old manchester and ratty towels. Curtains in bathroom had a lot of visible mould. After informing manager it still took 2 days to replace curtain.

DIRTY I moved out after one night they’re supposed to refund and they have not done so yet meaning they are shady! Pillows were stained with yellow they tried to give me a smaller room the three rooms they showed me were all very dirty disgusting I could not stay after one day the pillows were stained yellow like urine. There’s no way this can be four star it’s should be a two star hotel at best. They said the pillows were part of a renovation project I can’t make this stuff up I have them on video and where is my refund paragon??

A solid "3 star" accommodation. The interior of the room did not look like the rooms on the hotel website. The room was a bit distressed but it appears the management is remodeling the exterior of the buildings.Bath towls are provided but bring your own face and hand towels and top sheet for the bed (I did not care to sleep under the comforter). I think this may be an effort to save on laundry overhead? The staff was polite and helpful. Also, for the first three days of the stay, there was dirty plates (room service?)and bowls outside our room. On the fourth day the staff removed these items. Food scraps attract vermin...vermin attract snakes. Service was quick and efficient to repair the toilet that did not work.

Do NOT book to stay here. They have a NO refund policy so when you actually see the property you can't change to another better hotel. The "gym / fitness centre" does not have working equipment so you can NOT use anything there, I don't even think the airconditioning in there works as it was very hot when I tried to use the cable machine that is broken. The "pool view junior suite" overlooks a construction site which can be quiet loud some days. The linen is OLD I even had a cover with a hole and frayed. The towels have stains on them. You do not get the daily water bottles as advertised & I had to ask for them. The breakfast is very poor compared to other places I have stayed in Bali over the last 14 years. The staff are friendly and it is not their fault the property is old and worn out and the gym equipment is broken.

Værste 4. Stjernet hotel

Vi ankommer til et 4-stjernet hotel der er alt andet end 4 stjerner. Hygiejnen er i bund, servicen er i bund. Ingen vedligehold på bygningen og værelserne. Vores bruser var ødelagt i det første værelse, så det sprøjtede med vand på toilettet og i resten af badeværelset. Dyne, gardiner og håndklæder var så beskidte, badekaret var ikke rengjort. Så fik vi et nyt værelse hvor bruseren ikke var helt i stykker. Dyner, håndklæder og gardiner var stadig beskidte. Restauranten var også gammel og beskidt. Selvom vi havde morgenmad med i pakken, valgte vi at spise det ude hver dag. Værste oplevelse af et 4-stjernet hotel. Det hotel skal lukkes ned eller ryge ned til 1 stjerne. Det er dsv ikke mere værd…
