Incredible staff. I got very, very sick, they went over and above helping me, even giving me a temporary room whilst waiting for my airport transfer after checkout. The place was great, but this is the kind of thing you need when travelling solo, can't recommend the place and people enough

The location is great and the Balinese staff lovely but that’s about it. We stayed in the family villa the hot water didn’t work, toilets wouldnt flush. Gekkos and ants in the room. Sheets had stains on them bath didn’t work and I could go on. The breakfast was revolting and flies were all over it save your money and stay anywhere else.

Beautiful property with lovely pool and fantastic staff.. Loved our stay and would return but buy breakfst outside of the hotel. Breakfast was terrible. Food poorly prepared and the selection was not good. Birds and flies eating the bacon, pancakes and waffles cooked earlier. These items are not cooked fresh and left on the counter. Bacon was left sitting in congealing fat.. just terrible.

I was put up on the third floor and the room was extremely dated. Some of the items need to be replaced and it could really use an upgrade in terms of quality and detail. I asked to move to a lower floor, hoping to get a better room as I was not given any upgrade. the two times that I asked to move I was told to come back later to check if there was any availability. The nice part of the hotel was the grounds and the breakfast was OK The beach was very close, but there was no amenities when I came out. The welcome drink is canned orange juice, pineapple juice, or apple juice. The hotel is very far from anything walkable.

Pleasant stay, but..

This is my second time I am stayed at Puri Saron Hotel, the reason I choose this hotel,is because it's very close to the Seminyak beach, nice swimming pool and lovely garden, and the staff are so friendly. The down side is, our room was a little bit outdated, particularly in the bathroom, the mirror, the showers, they definitely need tlc. Oh yes I stayed in a room with connecting doors (Room No.2106) , I was quite shocked, when I opened the door, I could see someone next door, it was an embarrassing moment for me, can you imagine if they were doing something!!, I called the operator, and they said "the room is absolutely fine, don't worry about it", unbelievable. Another down side is the pillow, I know it's hotel establishment, but come on, the pillow is so smelly, when I open the pillow case it had so many stains, I asked the housekeeper to change it straight away, and show him how bad it looked, oh yes sometimes the housekeeper forget to replaced our amenities. And another thing, the hotel management didn't use the space effectively, there was large space near by the pool, that could be use as sun lounge deck or something like that, but was just left empty.

Great accomodation close to the beach with lots of activity options nearby. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Only downside I had was that tap water is salty and unpleasant when cleaning teeth or washing your mouth.

We had an okay stay. The room itself was clean and fine and the location is good, close to the beach. The outside of the hotel and the grounds look good however the inside corridors look poor. Old mattresses were stored in the corridors and looked awful. The breakfast was not great as we are vegan and there is no choice apart from fruit. The breakfast items are not labelled for dietaries at all , so we went elsewhere for the remaining days. The staff are nice however so for the price we cant complain too much.

Vi hadde booket for 4 dager, men utvidet oppholdet med 4 dager til fordi vi trivdes sÄ godt. Nydelig hageanlegg, rett ved stranden og rom pÄ bakkenivÄ. Prsonalet var alltid klar til Ä hjelpe med et smil. Valuta for pengene. Rent og pent, overdÄdig frokost og god ala carte restaurant.
